Because we don't take insurance we don't play the volume game to get you in and out fast.  We take 30-45 or longer if needed during the first styling consultation to get to know you.  For exams we spend 45min to an hour with patients make sure all their needs are addresses. 

Because we don't take insurance we can address every problem a patient has the day we see them for an exam.  No bringing people back on different days because one thing needs to be billed to vision and another to medical.

Because we don't take insurance we can keep talent that is exceptional and HAPPY to help you. Our team is full-time, has years of experience, are not on commission, and dedicated because this is their career.  We can also offer our love your glasses guarantee.  If you are unhappy with the frame you picked within the first 60 days and the frame isn't damaged we can happily switch it out for a different choice. 

We invest in sustainable lines.  If your frame is well taken care of they can last for years.  We use quality vendors for both the frame and lenses which leads to a higher cost of the product.  

We also offer 1 prescription change if it's changed by a doctor within 30 days of the initial order at no charge to you.

We also offer a "Love Your Glasses 60 Day Guarantee".  This means if you are unhappy with your frame choice, within 60 days if there is no wear and tear on the original frame we will reframe style you at no additional cost.  If the newly selected frame costs more we will only collect the difference.

We also have a highly trained team with years of experience that is not on commision. Our team is made up of career opticians that know the ins and outs of glasses.  No summer college or high school kids just to fill the space here.

We love challenges.  These are often our favorite faces to fit because y'all become die hard fans.  We make sure our frame ranges cover all faces both small and large.

For customers with hard to fit faces, if we don't have something in the office that works for you we can often have our rep bring in an entire frame line for you to view and try on frames in person.

We also have trunk shows about once a quarter where several frame lines are brought in for patients to try on.

We firmly believe adults should not have to wear kids frames to get frame that fit.

You are always welcome to bring whoever you feel is needed to pick your glasses with you.

We often find our clients feel confident enough after going through the process with our opticians that they don't feel the need to have their significant other or bestie with them at the appointment.

You just pay difference between the old frame and the new if it's more.  Our only caveat is the frame that is getting turned in can't show any signs of wear and tear.  We won't change it out if it's been sat on or has broken from self made adjustments at home.
