We are proud to announce we are now certified to offer the Brilliant Futures Myopia Management Program! It lets us help you stop Myopia in it’s tracks!  MiSight has been shown to reduce the rate of myopia progression in children (aged 8-12) at the initiation of treatment) by 59% on average, resulting in a lower prescription.

First I’ll start with what is myopia?  It’s just another word for near-sightedness.

Myopia is more than just blurry vision—it’s a disease that causes the eye to grow longer. As myopia progresses, your child may experience increasingly blurry vision and be at great risk for other eye health conditions.

Who is MiSight for?

It’s for any child that is nearsighted between the ages of 8-12.

How does it work?

It’s a commitment to wear a specially designed contact lens and be followed by a certified provider for several years to help slow myopia progression.  The younger a child is the more likely they are to still change slightly during treatment BUT it’s usually very little throughout the treatment period.
